Terrence Consulting LLC offers consulting services in business strategy consulting, market research & analysis, digital marketing & brand development, business process improvement and customized consulting solutions. The scope of services will be defined in the project proposal or contract.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services.
- Timely feedback and approvals to facilitate the project timeline.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Fees and Payment
- Fees for our services will be outlined in the proposal or contract.
- Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
